Jay Kearns Invited to Address the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) on Special Needs Trusts at Their Annual Conference.

Recognized nationally as an authority on Special Needs Trusts in Hartford CT, Attorney Jay Kearns will have the honor of speaking as a guest faculty member at the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) 2015 Structures 202 Seminar on February 19, 2015 in Las Vegas. He will be educating insurance company administrators on what Special Needs Trusts are, when and why they are established, how they maintain public benefits eligibility, and the proper process required to protect a settlement and maximize how long it will last.

The Seminar is a closed meeting for NSSTA members only. NSSTA represents nearly 1,200 licensed consultants, attorneys, insurance companies, and other professionals who work with injured people and their families.
